• Cocktails and Lists entered into our site

• Submission of Cocktails / Recipes

  Any photos included in the Add a Recipe must be wholly owned by the submitter. Found or public domain images cannot be submitted unless previous permission has been granted by the owner or the relevant licence on the photo allows the use of the photo to be uploaded, stored and served from our servers. You may not submit photos that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

  The recipe details, including the ingredients, volume amounts, background information, method, glass type, name and password become the property of makemeacocktail.com once they have been added to our servers.

• Our rights

  We reserve the right to: modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this wesbite (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the wesbite; and/or change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the wesbite (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
