Glass
Ingredients
- 4pcs Pineapple
- 30ml Double Cream
- Dash Pineapple Juice
- Dash Milk
- 30ml Strawberry Liqueur
- 45ml Malibu
- Splash Grenadine
Method
Blend all ingredients except grenadine (no ice) and pour into cocktail glass. Blend 5 cubes of ice (crushed ice is fine) and pour into the glass. Pour grenadine in the centre until it climbs 1/3 up the side of the glass. Using a straw stir the centre gently only on the top to create a dark pink spot in the centre resembling a nipple. Garnish with a strawberry. The pieces of pineapple should not be too big, roughly 1/2 of a slice.
