Ingredients

• 1 Mango
• 4 tbsp Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 300 ml Orange Juice
• 300 ml Pineapple Juice
• 80 ml Rum

Method

Blend one small ripe mango with the rest of the ingredients until smooth. Serve in a highball glass with crushed ice and garnish with a host of fruit slices and leaves.
