Invented by Josh Powell at Missoula Cardiff for a customer who wanted something strong but fruity and sweet.
- 1 ½ shots Wray and Newphew Overproof rum
- 1 shot Passionfruit Puree
- Top up Lemonade
- 2 ½ shots Orange Juice
- Teaspoon Lemon Juice
- ½ shot Passoa
In a boston shaker add the overproof rum, the passoa, the lemon juice, the orange juice and the passionfruit puree (such as Funkin Passionfruit Puree), and shake with lots of cubed ice. Fill a sling with cubed ice and pur in your mixture. Add lemonade to top with a thinly sliced and folded orange slice on the edge of the glass to garnish.
