Ingredients
- Top up Rose Wine
- 5 Strawberry
- ¼ oz Sugar Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Hendricks Gin
- 1 oz St Germain Elderflow Liqueur
Method
Muddle the strawberry and add the sugar syrup, lemon juice, gin and St Germain. Shake with ice until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted, then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top up with the Rose wine and garnish with a strawberry.
