- Teaspoon Ginger
- 1.25cl Sugar Syrup
- 1.5cl Lime Juice
- 4cl Tequila Oro
- ¼ Egg white
- 3.3cl Pineapple Juice
First you need to turn the ginger into a ginger puree. To do this sitmpy add the required ginger into a food processor until pureed sufficiently. Also for this recipe only use a ¼ of egg white, do not use the yolk.
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker without ice for a few seconds. Add ice and re-shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
