A great classic that brings the feelings of the festive period to life.

Ingredients

• Teaspoon Butter
• Teaspoon Brown Sugar
• Sprinkle Cinnamon
• Sprinkle Nutmeg
• Dash Vanilla Essence
• 2 oz Dark Rum

Method

Add the butter, sugar, vanilla and the spices into the bottom of a coffee irish glass. Mix well then add some boiling water with the rum. Give it a good stir to combine then serve.

This is a hot drink.
