Glass
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Gin
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg white
- Top up Soda Water
Method
Shake all ingredients except the soda water in a cocktail shaker with ice (use just the egg white, not the yolk). Shake well for 10-15 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosted. Strain into highball glass with no ice. Top up with soda water.
